A mixed-use project resolving residential, commercial, and business functions together
DKY Kartal is a mixed-use project in Kartal that brings together residences, a shopping mall, and a business tower. In a settlement with Princes’ Islands views, KLS Construction led planning and site discipline where residential and commercial functions were resolved under one roof.
With the coordination a mixed program requires, progress followed controlled production, schedule tracking, and a reliable handover approach.
