A next-generation living platform open to life in Kağıthane
DKY On Kağıthane is a mixed-use living platform developed by DKY İnşaat. It sits on Kemerburgaz Avenue, which links Kağıthane to the TEM Highway; a few minutes from the freeways and within walking distance of Nurtepe–Kağıthane Metro Station. It comprises 205 residential and office units in total; 1+1.5 and 2+1.5 apartment types can adapt to different uses through flexible interior layouts.
Sixty percent of the area is allocated to social space and landscape, and 29% to office and commercial volumes. It is designed with a technology-aligned approach centered on sharing. As KLS Construction, we led planning, site coordination, and controlled application discipline throughout the process.
