A concept façade in a contemporary architectural language in Gebze
Gebze Business Center is a commercial office project delivered in Gebze, Kocaeli. Through a concept-façade approach—from 3D modelling and visual design through to installation—capped façade framing, vision glass, concealed sashes and operable hardware, composite panels, sunshades, and aluminium door frames were resolved as an integrated system.
Scope also included standing-seam roofing, composite eaves cladding, terrace balustrades, sensor and standard door hardware, and motorized shutter systems. As KLS Construction, we led planning, site coordination, and controlled installation.
