A large-scale urban park opening the waterfront to the public
İzmit Seka Park is an industrial transformation and recreation project delivered by Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality on the former Seka Paper Mill site. KLS Construction contributed to green spaces, walking and cycling routes, and public gathering areas along the gulf shoreline.
Across this large-scale urban park, work progressed with site coordination, quality control, and an on-time delivery approach.
